Schedule:

Three shifts, 8 hour shift (30 min break) -first week 06:00-14:00 (Mon-Fri) ,
second week 14:00-22:00 (Mon-Fri) ,third week 22:00-06:00 (Sun-Fri)
If necessary for production purposes – additional overtime. Average – 180 hours per month.
Primary requirements for the employee:

Salary: starting rate: 4.50€/hour . After 3 months worked: 4.65 €/hour • after 6 months
worked: 4.80 €/hour • after 9 months of work: 5.00€/hour
Bonus for a calendar year worked = up to €700.
Procedure for payment of wages: Salary is paid during the last week of the current month,
for the previous month worked (cash/Slovak bank account)
After working the first 2 weeks – advance payment of 50 € (issued in cash on Fridays)
Holiday procedure: Summer – 14 days • Winter – 14 days
Accommodation: 2-3 people per room, married couples live separately (75€/month)
Add. conditions: Transport is carried out by factory buses – free of charge.
Working clothes (your own for the first 2 weeks) are provided by the employer.
Food – canteen at the plant. The cost of a set lunch is 4.10€ (50% of the cost is paid by the
employer. The actual cost of 1 lunch for an employee is 2.05€)

2) – preparation of parts for one set using the direct loading method;

– identification of each part by recalculation according to the appropriate protocol;
– loading parts into the cart, to the appropriate place;

– Required: men from 18 to 45 years old, height limit of at least 160 cm for all candidates (it is possible to
consider female candidates and married couples who have passed video testing at the office of the

PRODUCTION WORKERS:
– 950 euros net (first month) – 180 euros (accommodation) = 770 euros (in hand);
– 1048 euros (second month) – 180 euros (accommodation) = 868 euros (in hand);
DRIVERS OF THE CAR:

– 985 euros net (first month) – 180 euros (accommodation) -805 euros (in hand);
– 1083 euros net (second month) – 180 euros (accommodation) – 903 euros (in hand);
During the first 6 months worked, employees will receive an additional 100 euros per month to their wages;
13th and 14th wages are also provided based on the results of the year worked, and 24 days of annual paid
leave (at the rate of 2 days of leave for each month worked).
– Responsibilities:

– WORKERS IN PRODUCTION – assembling a car on the line (more active can be seen in the video on
mandatory testing);

– CAR DRIVERS – loading and unloading operations, placing products on pallets, monitoring the proper
technical condition of the forklift, etc.
– Work schedule: Monday – Friday, 3 shifts, shifts: morning from 06:00. until 14:00, afternoon from 14:00.
until 22:00, night from 22:00. until 06:00
– Accommodation: for employees in 1-3 room apartments in the form of collective rental housing (night/6
euros, one-time refundable deposit of 50 euros).
– Meals: set lunch is provided for EUR 1.40/day.
– Medical examination, Special clothing: provided, provided free of charge.

Chambermaid cleans rooms or public places in hotels. They work 5-6 days a week on average (including weekends).

Daily working time – 7:30 – 16:00 (8 hours) – rooms must be handed to a hotel
16:30 latest.
– Chambermaid is paid according to number of rooms cleaned.
– We are looking for a long-term employees interested in these jobs.
– We provide accommodation
– The Chambermaid may not be educated but needs to be physically and
mentally fit. She must comprehend the tasks fast and is resilient.
– There are seasons in this job.
Salary employment:
– Appx 800 – 1000 EUR/netto per month
– Employer pays social and health insurance.
– Self-employment – temporary solution – 1000-1400 EUR/month – must pay
health and social insurance.

Types of accomodations and expected costs:
Flats:
– 3 room flat – 2 persons in room, appx 180 – 250 EUR/person a month

Hotel Standards
Cleaning of hotel rooms according to hotel standards:
– hoovering,
– dusting,
– cleaning of toilets and bathrooms,
– bedsheets changing,
– cleaning of dustbins,
– other tasks related with cleaning.

REQUIREMENTS

Physical fitness – ability to handle high workloads
Medical fitness – No health problems hindering physical work – Prevention of injuries,
prevention of overload
Flexibility – working in multiple hotels, willingness to learn in different ways of
cleaning in hotels
Time flexibility – willingness to even work during weekends and holidays
A clean extract from the criminal record – any suspicion that it may lead to theft,
inappropriate behavior and disposition is unacceptable. Any possibility of alcoholism,
stealing, etc. is not acceptable
Hygiene – Women must meet basic hygienic habits – care for themselves
Sensitivity and understanding – a woman must be receptive and learn tasks quickly.
She must know how to manager her time cleaning to make it effective, and so on.

Other prerequisites:

– Ability to work fast and persevering
– Work experience is a plus, but it is not necessary
– Good behavior
It is possible to earn more money for working other cleaning jobs in the evenings, but
it is not guaranteed.

ACCOMMODATION

Accommodation is provided on apartments within Bratislava. The apartments are
furnished with kitchen, bathroom, washing machine, toilet, internet and sometimes
TV.
3 room apartments are available. 2-3 people live in each room. Couples can go
accommodate some smaller rooms.

and banqueting services. We are a multinational company and we are a market leader
in providing services to hotel management in Bratislava.
Summary
Maid work is carried out in a pleasant and nice workplace. Work is physically
demanding but manageable. It is important to be aware of both the quality of cleaning
and the tempo.
Food is provided regularly at work. In addition to this work, they are can work
overtimes in evenings or on free days. There may also clean public spaces where
wages are comparable to the Chambermaid.
